Dr. Tim Elmore, the author of the Habitudes series, is the founder and president of Growing Leaders, an Atlanta- based non-profit organization created to develop emerging leaders. Through Growing Leaders, he and his team provide public schools, state universities, civic organizations and corporations with the tools they need to help develop young leaders who can impact and transform society.

Dr. Elmore trains middle school, high school and college students with the skills they need to become authentic leaders with huge potential to transform society. Since founding Growing Leaders, Elmore has spoken to more than 250,000 students, faculty and staff on hundreds of campuses across the country, including Stanford University, Duke University, Rutgers University, the University of South Carolina, the University of North Carolina, Florida State University and Baylor University.

From the classroom to the boardroom, Dr. Elmore is a dynamic communicator who uses principles, images and stories to strengthen leaders. Dr. Elmore has worked alongside internationally recognized leadership expert Dr. John Maxwell for the past 25 years. According to Maxwell, “No one teaches leadership better than Tim Elmore.” Elmore lives in Atlanta with his wife, Pam, and his two children, Bethany and Jonathan.

Jeff Beals’ uniquely diverse career makes him the ideal person to reveal and explain the secrets of effective self marketing. As a commercial real estate executive, radio and television talk show host, former newspaper columnist and part-time college professor, Beals understands how to synthesize wide-ranging experiences into one very successful career.

Jeff Beals currently serves as Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group, a commercial real estate company, which provides brokerage and property management services to clients in Nebraska and Iowa.

Along with Trenton Magid, he is co-host of Grow Omaha, a popular weekly talk-show on News Radio 1110 KFAB. He is also host of a weekly television show on WOWT, an NBC affiliate. As a freelance writer, he has published more than 200 articles in national and local periodicals. Beals is a professional member of the National Speakers Association.

Since 2003, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he teaches a real estate sales and leasing course in the College of Business Administration.
